OUR FOUNDATIONS
‘Normette’ began foundations of the business that we have today. It derives from the CEO’s Mother and Grandmother’s names (Norma & Claudette).
Normette Homes, is a family inspired property development company, based in London, Manchester, West Midlands and Kent.
Our speciality is acquiring commercial buildings to be converted into residential units that reflect community value and a generous return on investment.
As a organisation we are proud to leverage our property development experience alongside our thriving IT consultancy business.
In combination they provide us with the unique ability to run large scale projects consistently that are funded via our own equity, HNWI and Joint Venture partnerships.
